Setting Up IPTV on Smart TV via SS IPTV: A Step-by-Step Guide

SS IPTV, a versatile free media player, allows seamless streaming of content within your local network or over the internet. Compatible with the services of numerous IPTV operators, this app also supports user-generated IPTV playlists. Here’s how you can set it up on LG, Samsung, Philips, and Sony TV sets:

For LG Smart TVs:

Access the official LG Smart World.
Download SS IPTV from the platform, available in any country.

For Samsung Smart TVs (D-series models and higher):

Visit the official Samsung Smart Hub.
Download SS IPTV from the hub, accessible in any country.

For Philips Smart TVs:

Open the TV’s browser and enter app.ss-iptv.com in the address bar to launch the app.

For Sony Smart TVs (2013 models and higher):

Please note that SS IPTV is in beta-testing on Sony Smart TV, and certain functions might not be fully guaranteed.
Despite this, the app can be used on Sony Smart TVs from 2013 models and above.

Adding IPTV Channels to SS IPTV:

Step 1: Click the “Settings” button on the main screen to upload your user playlist.

Step 2: Choose between uploading via link (external playlists) or a non-permanent access code (internal playlists).

To upload via link, navigate to the Content section in the app’s settings, choose External Playlists, click Add, and enter the playlist’s title and link. Save the playlist to access it on the Main Screen.

Step 3: To upload via a non-permanent code, go to the General subsection, click Get Code, and enter the received code at http://ss-iptv.com/users/playlist. Click Add Device and upload your playlist file from your PC by clicking Save.

Step 4: Enter received code at this URL http://ss-iptv.com/users/playlist and press Add Device button.

 

Step 5: When the connection was made select playlist file in your PC and upload it by pressing Save button. The internal playlist will be available through tile My playlist on the Main Screen.

Note: The non-permanent code is valid for 24 hours or until a new code is generated. Uploading a new internal playlist will replace the older one.
