Setting Up IPTV on Smart TV Using SS IPTV: A Step-by-Step Guide

SS IPTV is a versatile and free media player that enables seamless streaming of content over your local network or the internet. Compatible with a variety of IPTV operators, this app also supports user-generated IPTV playlists. Here’s how to set it up on LG, Samsung, Philips, and Sony TV models:

For LG Smart TVs:

Access the official LG Smart World.
Download SS IPTV from the platform, available in any country.

For Samsung Smart TVs (D-series models and higher):

Open the official Samsung Smart Hub.
Download SS IPTV from the hub, accessible in any country.

For Philips Smart TVs:

Launch the TV’s browser and enter app.ss-iptv.com in the address bar to access the app.

For Sony Smart TVs (2013 models and higher):

Please note that SS IPTV is currently in beta testing on Sony Smart TVs, and some functions may not be fully operational. However, the app can still be used on Sony Smart TVs from 2013 and newer.

Adding IPTV Channels to SS IPTV:

Step 1: Click the “Settings” button on the main screen to upload your user playlist.

Step 2: Select whether you want to upload via a link (for external playlists) or use a non-permanent access code (for internal playlists).

To upload via link, go to the Content section in the app’s settings, select External Playlists, click Add, and enter the title and link of the playlist. Save the playlist to access it from the Main Screen.

Step 3: To upload using a non-permanent code, navigate to the General subsection, click Get Code, and enter the code at http://ss-iptv.com/users/playlist. Click Add Device and upload your playlist file from your PC by clicking Save.

Step 4: Enter the received code at http://ss-iptv.com/users/playlist and click the Add Device button.

Step 5: Once the connection is established, select the playlist file on your PC and upload it by clicking the Save button. The internal playlist will then be accessible through the “My Playlist” tile on the Main Screen.

Note: The non-permanent code is valid for 24 hours or until a new code is generated. Uploading a new internal playlist will replace the previous one.
