How to setup Plex on Apple TV?

During the installation process, Plex’s user-friendly features truly stand out. The Apple TV Plex app is not only comprehensive but also seamlessly connects to your Plex system with ease.

Step 1: Begin by powering on your Apple TV and navigating to the App Store from the main screen.

Step 2: Inside the App Store, use the search function to find “Plex”. Ensure you select the correct app, not any similar-sounding alternatives.

Step 3: Once you locate the Plex app, go ahead and tap on the “Install” button in the detailed view.

Step 4: After the installation completes, the button will change to “Open”. Tap it again to launch the Plex app.

Upon opening, you’ll be prompted to log in to your Plex account. The app will provide you with a security code.

Step 5: Take this alphanumeric code and visit Plex.tv/link. Enter the code to link your Apple TV Plex app to your Plex account. You’ll receive confirmations on both the website and the app.
